The balance of your stay will be due 8 weeks before arrival and after this date all monies are non-refundable if we are unable to resell the accommodation. We therefore advise our guests to consider the benefit of a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy and we suggest that the sum insured should represent the total cost of the holiday. If you have paid your deposit with a credit card, we will automatically take this payment from the same card on the date stated above. Please advise us if you would like to pay with an alternative method.
Please be advised that in the event of non-arrival or late cancellation, within eight weeks of your arrival, where we are subsequently unable to sell the same accommodation, a charge equating to the cost of the accommodation as reserved may remain debited to your credit card.
Spa Days: Full payment is required upon booking your spa day. Should you need to cancel your spa day with less than 72 hours notice, no refunds will be given.
Spa Treatments: Please note, if cancelling an appointment within 48 hours, full payment is required. If running late a courtesy call will help us endeavour to achieve a full treatment time, but this may not always be possible
